Defining and refining your concept

March 11, 2021

One of the best parts of our work involves learning what inspires clients and what makes them tick.

We usually begin each mission with a series of questions designed to provide information about the client’s purpose and intention.

While some clients have already thought much of these ideas through, below are a few useful prompting questions that can help any entrepreneur take stock of where they are and where they want to go.

  • Think of an organization that you admire and respect, whether a school, company, association, NGO or otherwise.  How would you describe the values of that organization?

  • Describe three professional experiences that you have found the most satisfying.  What role did you play during these experiences and how did they make you feel?

  • In designing an experience for clients or customers, what importance do you place on incorporating elements that relate to health, the environment, art, culture or history?
